As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative at RetireMax Insurance, youll be responsible for building client relationships, generating insurance quotes, and driving sales. This role offers a competitive base salary of $52,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities based on performance. No prior insurance experience is required, and we provide support to get you Property & Casualty licensed within 90 days of your start date. Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes and follow up with prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct cold calling and telephone prospecting to generate new leads
• Handle objections and win back former clients
• Ensure high client retention by providing excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
