• Answer phones with the utmost attention and professionalism, treating every call as the most important of the day.
• Communicate with policyholders via phone, text, and email, always ensuring top-notch service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and their families.
• Complete administrative and agency tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Schedule appointments for policyholders and manage calendars.
• Handwrite thoughtful cards to policyholders, showing our appreciation and commitment.
• Assist policyholders with all of their needs, consistently exceeding their expectations.

• Candidate must obtain an Active Property and Casualty License prior to start date. Licensing Assistance Available
