We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative. This flexible, part-time role offers a base pay range of $35,000$50,000 per year, depending on experience. You will assist clients with payments, policy updates, and renewals while supporting retention efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and update client information.
• Issue insurance documentation, including COIs and ID cards.
• Handle policy changes and assist with renewals.
• Develop customized insurance quotes.
• Maintain client retention through proactive communication and service.

• Property and Casualty License required (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional phone communication skills.
• Team player with a client-focused approach.
