Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle 10-20 Inbound service calls a day.
• Make 20-30 Outbound Lead Follow-up calls per day.
• Shop 3 renewals a day, assist with policy changes, and take payments from customers.
• Collect insurance documentation.
• Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.

• Property & Casualty License is required within six months of the hire date.
• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• A team player who is a critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
