Entry-level HVAC / Electrical Apprentice - Advanced Air

Advanced Air Systems of Thatcher, AZ is looking to hire mechanically-inclined men and women as Entry-level HVAC / Electrical Apprentices to assist experienced HVAC Technicians or Electricians on service calls and learn the HVAC trade from them. This position pays a competitive entry-level hourly wage of $15.00 - $20.00/hr, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC / ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE

As an Entry-level HVAC / Electrical Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Advanced Air Systems. Whether you work with an HVAC Technician or Journeyman Electrician, you go out in the field and assist in servicing and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service systems and equipment.

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees and thrive as part of a team, helping us to build customer relations. You also eagerly complete your learning management courses. You are excited to be part of our HVAC technician and electrician apprenticeship program and can't wait to advance in this stable and well-paid skilled trade!

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC / ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE

• A desire to learn a skilled trade
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outside and from heights or small crawl spaces
• No experience necessary!
