Workers will start as a loader/receiver and move into a fork truck driver role.
12 hour shifts 7am - 7pm or 7:00pm - 7am.
Will work 3 or 4 days on and then off the rest of the week.

- Education: High School Diploma.
- Positive Attitude: Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organization's goals and objectives. Must have demonstrated a safety-first attitude.
- Mechanical Skill: Must be clamp/lift truck qualified.
- Endurance: This job entails bending, walking, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job, produce high quality work, and can be depended on to complete assigned tasks. Must be a self-starter.
- Communication: Communicate with others and provide information for planning, prioritizing and completion of tasks.
- Attendance: Good attendance record
- Hours: Follows shift schedule. Must be available for rotation shifts, overtime, and job family rotation

Safety:
- Safety-Related activities: participates in Safety Goals for department and mill, behavior and other audits, reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions. Wear the proper safety equipment. Follows all safety rules and procedures
- Cleans warehouse and production areas including catwalks and trenches.
- Keeps work area clean
- Safety-Related activities: participates in Safety Goals for department and mill, behavior and other audits, reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions. Wear the proper safety equipment.
- Must operate lift truck safely including the procedures for loading conveyor.
- Communicate operational, equipment, and safety concerns to supervision
- Cleans warehouse and production areas including catwalks and trenches.
- Keeps work area clean
- Unloads of all raw material trucks in a timely fashion
- Loads conveyor belts
- Completes Raw Material Inventory control (SAP) and rotation, and organizing on pads and in building, including flatbeds
- Complies with all Raw Material Standard Operating Procedures including scanning bales according to recipe.
- Keeps track of loaded and unloaded status of trailers
- The more experienced loader on the day shift will record inventory and complete Inventory Reports, and a daily basis, including during shutdowns.
- Correctly loads and operates (as needed) pulper belts
- Completes Daily Checklist for fork truck.
- Document all non-conforming materials & notify Raw Materials Coordinator or Stock Prep Supervisor.
- Maintains and completes inventory on Monday, Friday
- Notifies the appropriate staff when equipment repairs are needed
- Snow removal when needed.
- Works with logistic manager about recipe and other concerns in warehouse
- Completes the spreadsheet, incident sheets daily
- Must be detail minded for the following:
- Ensure no contaminants reach the pulper.
- Ensure correct recipe of raw material ratios.
- Must be able to make decisions regarding good and poor raw materials.
- Follow all Down-grading/Rejection Procedures.
- Completes daily communication sheet.
- Must be willing to work a 12 hour shift.
- Keeps work area clean according to 5s program
- The house keeping of work areas
- Pulper area,
- Loading Docks,
- Conveyors and
- Compactors and the area around the Dumpster.
- Ragger areas
- Cleans outside of and under receiving docks.
- Sweeps out trailer after unloading
- Completes all other jobs as requested by the supervisor.
