**What You Can Expect:**
In this role, you'll connect with clients who ship on a daily or monthly basis and educate them on utilizing our shipping platform. You'll be their go-to shipping solution, ensuring their shipments are picked up and delivered promptly. Your primary focus will be to take the time to understand each customer's needs and resolve their concerns within the same call, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
- **Hours:** 11 am to 8 pm
- **Location:** Palm Harbor, on-site (no remote work available)
- **Pay:** $15 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
- Clarify, research, and provide information to resolve customers' concerns through one-call resolutions.
- Restate issues, explore options, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present new features to clients when necessary and explain the benefits.
- Maintain accurate and complete client information for shipments, updating as required.
- Act as a liaison between our sales department and clients.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Capability to work independently and as a team player, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Remain calm, patient, and professional with all customers, regardless of the situation.
- Basic computer skills (Google Calendar, Excel, email, Google Drive).
**You'll be expected to cross-train in various job duties within the Customer Service department. Daily assignments may vary based on departmental requirements.**
