Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about our clients products/services, and offer assistance to ensure their needs are met.
- Facilitate presentations or services offered to customers with the goal of processing a sale for them with our clients available services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries, sales, and concerns.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail, sales, business or hospitality-based environment
