Entry Level Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Territory Management
- Directly working with customers to support their needs
- Marketing directly to the local territories and customers
- Providing customers with details on product knowledge and services available to them
- Learn the process of the sales cycle to assist customers on their orders and inquiries
- Management training: teaching, training, and development of other employees
- Customer Service and Sales
