Job Description:
Exchangadisc, a leading music studio in Orlando, FL, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The Customer Service Assistant will provide support to our clients and staff, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary Range: $38,000 - $49,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Assist with handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing accurate and timely information about our services.
- Support clients with booking studio sessions, navigating our offerings, and addressing any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Assist with processing orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Address and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate personnel in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with studio staff to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for clients.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
