Entry Level Contract Specialist at Dexian

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Amendment Inbox and process commercial contract amendments as needed.
• Validate custom commercial and residential contracts using Excel.
• Track and analyze move-out reports.
• Manage commercial contract meter transactions, including adds, drops, regains, and swaps, in our risk system.
• Produce detailed reports for management regarding amendment transactions.
• Calculate Early Termination Fees (ETFs) for custom commercial contracts and submit them to Collections.
• Process small commercial contract expiration notices.
• Assist in creating and executing contract quotes using SQL.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred).
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience after college.
  • Recent graduates with strong skills and good GPA will also be considered.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • SQL experience is a significant advantage.
