Hallite Seals Americas is looking for a CNC Process Technician to join their 3rd shift team in Wixom, MI.

No experience needed! Our skilled team is ready to train you!

Essential Duties:

• Set up CNC and secondary equipment efficiently.
• Troubleshoot setup and process issues.
• Manage tool life and storage.
• Assist in training machine operators.
• Load saws and ensure quality bar stock.
• Drive forklift for material handling.
• Maintain necessary paperwork.
• Ensure quality and documentation compliance.
• Fill in for Supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe department.
• Communicate effectively to motivate team members.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
