As an Entry Level Business Account Manager, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive training program that combines classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned industry experts. Responsibilities: 

• Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, and be able to overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of sales.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment 
• Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representatives.
• Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
• Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operations.
• Work toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
• Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
• Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
• Basic organizational skills are re quired for this role. 
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful.
• The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailoring product recommendations to fit their specific needs.
