Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client relationships and act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients
• Coordinate client projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and that all deliverables are met
• Work with the sales team to identify business opportunities and support efforts to upsell services
• Help senior managers develop strategies to meet client business goals and deliver measurable results
• Track client performance and help create reports to share insights and recommendations for improvements
