Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs.
• Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
