- Handle outbound B2B sales calls to build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage inbound sales calls, assisting customers with product inquiries and order placements.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs professionally and promptly.
- Accurately enter customer data, sales orders, and account details into the system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Support branch operations by collaborating with team members and other departments.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth call center operations.
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English speaking).
