Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level attorney who is looking to get started with their career in law. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of legal practice areas and work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative setting.

Practice Areas:

• Immigration
• Personal Injury
• Workers' Compensation
• Auto accidents

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal representation and counsel across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage cases efficiently and interact with clients to address their needs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies.
• Represent clients in court, during mediations, and in negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• No prior experience needed.
• Bilingual - English & Spanish.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in various legal disciplines.
