Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Envipco

About the Job
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, including sorting and coding documents
- Analyze and reconcile month end summaries of customer orders, receipts, and pickups
- Calendar management, coordination and tracking of paperwork requirements
- Maintain or update contact information in core database as needed
- Review customer schedules and reports at draft stage for manager review to identify variations and potential opportunities
- Develop and edit business documents from information provided with minimal guidance
- Communicate professionally with all levels within the organization, including senior leadership and customers
- Work independently with minimal supervision, anticipate needs of department and manager, and respond proactively
- Add value through understanding our business, work processes, resources, and structure of the firm/industry
- Other billing and administrative duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment preferred, not required
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 10-key numeric data entry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines & frequent interruptions
- Manage internal & external customer communication in professional & confident manner
- Proactive approach and ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain consistent work-flow and meet deadlines
