Entry Level Administrative Assistant – Des Plaines, IL
$45,000 - $52,000/Annually (Plus full benefits, vision, dental, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO)

As we step into 2025, we are expecting major growth within our organization and plan to significantly enhance our sustainability efforts. Due to these factors, we are seeking two additional Administrative Assistants for our Des Plaines office. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding in the day-to-day operations of the company, supporting executive staff, generating reports and presentations, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the management; support management with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, pulling files, researching information, etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Responsible for ensuring client databases are up to date; verify contact information and modify when necessary
- Track shipments from multiple points of origin to final destinations; create, maintain, and issue reports and shipping documents
- Participate in team meetings; identify areas of improvement and implement new procedures to help improve office efficiency
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ideally 6 months of office experience or internship experience is preferred but not required
- Eagerness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
