Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our management team, assisting with daily operations, administrative tasks, and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations, including but not limited to, filing, document and spreadsheet creation, data entry, and communicating with entities internally and externally
- Provide administrative support to management including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assist with organizing and coordinating projects to ensure timely completion
- Generate reports for management and create presentations to be distributed to the team
- Liaison for ordering and re-orders of all office supplies. Check stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist with special projects, day-to-day tasks, material distribution and copies for meetings
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous office experience preferred
- Ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information ethically
