Their services include in-home consultations, measuring, manufacturing, installation and all backed by a very robust warranty.
With locations across the entire US and thousands of employees, this company is primed to maintain and even improve upon their prestigious status in the industry and they continue to grow daily.
Currently they are looking for a Sales Manager for their Dallas, TX market who will be responsible for using product and financing knowledge to train, maintain and lead a sales staff to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. They will be expected to communicate with the lead generation and production departments to ensure an effortless transition for the customer from start to finish. The sales manager should also remain available to customers to help them achieve the highest level of satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial data in accounting systems.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
