Entry Level Account Managers and their teams are integral in organizing and implementing that feel-good experience for customers. In this fast paced, residential sales based role, you will be tasked with learning a wide range of skills needed to excel in an Entry Level Account Manager role.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Include:
- Completing client business and sales strategy through direct introduction to customers in the community/region
- Determining the best course of action for potential customers during sales by consulting client guidelines and considering qualifications
- Providing brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their services throughout every step of the sales process
- Training with management and members of the Entry Level Account Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge
- Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning
- Attending and conducting team collaborations regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes
A Successful Entry Level Account Manager Will:
- Have an interest in leadership and communication
- Expect to grow and progress past the entry level and into a more advanced role within our company or the client organization
- Be comfortable in a team-oriented environment and enjoy collaborating on strategy, sales, systems, and more
- Hold oneself to the tall standards our clients expect from our firm
Basic Qualifications for Entry Level Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, retail, management, or marketing
- Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
- Reliable transportation
