Entry-Level ABA Behavioral Interventionist (RBT) - Help Children with Autism Thrive! - Behavioral Innovations

We are on the lookout for both Entry-Level Behavior Therapists and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential, providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.

This includes paid training, allowing you to develop necessary skills to work directly with autistic children, shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 10 years).

Career Progression at BI: Our structured framework for professional development offers various career paths, from clinical to operational roles:

Therapist ($15.00) → RBT I-V ($16 - $20) → Sr. RBT ($21) → ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice ($23 - $25) → BCBA → Clinical Director → Area Director

Essential Job Requirements:

• Deliver personalized ABA therapy sessions tailored to children aged 18 months to 10 years, fostering communication, social, and self-help skills development.
• Make a meaningful impact by shaping the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective therapy implementation.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development and advancements in behavioral therapy.
