What You'll Do:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Spearhead the marketing and sales efforts for a designated group of hotels, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current, prospective, and past clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Lead Management: Evaluate and prioritize leads to maximize revenue potential, guiding them through the sales process effectively.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems preferred.
