Title: Account Executive, Insurance Rating Platform
Join our rapidly growing team as an Account Executive focused on our next-generation insurance rating platform. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise as a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.
- Target large-scale enterprise accounts and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, strengths, weaknesses, and goals to determine if they are a good fit for our platform.
- Educate clients on industry best practices and how our platform can help them achieve their objectives.
- Think strategically and collaborate with the management team and cross-functional stakeholders to increase client satisfaction, conversion rates, and drive overall platform improvements.
- Diligently maintain and update client information in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales environment, with expertise in the Insuretech, Embedded, or Insurance industries.
- Proven track record of successful prospecting, pipeline growth, and contract conversion.
- Experience in a long sales cycle environment (6-12 months deal time).
- Ability to articulate complex products and solutions to all decision makers, including Agents, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Trustworthy, with the ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion.
- Understanding of and experience in the startup world.
- Driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, and disciplined.
- Collaborative, agile, competitive, and coachable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses or commissions, equity in the form of restricted stock units, and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role. This may include attending meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as well as collaborating with team members or partners in various locations.
