Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Sales Managers to exceed sales targets and overcome booking challenges.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance to ensure team success.
Collaborate with hotel Sales Leaders and General Managers to align sales strategies with property goals.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and optimize sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize sales analytics to understand market trends and competition, informing strategic decisions.
Foster a culture of teamwork, passion, and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales leadership or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent business experience preferred.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
Experience with sales management tools and analytics platforms preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
