Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer
Are you ready to help move us forward? UTA is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer!
The position entails the following:
- Provides information systems planning and support of Utah Transit Authority’s Enterprise Resource Planning system and systems/interfaces with the ERP system.
- Develops/implements project plans for ERP and related system design changes and major ERP Integration Software to improve quality, usefulness, and efficiency.
- Performs project management activities associated with design and implementation of these systems and associated technologies.
- Works with peers within I.T. to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and integrity of data and processes within the ERP and other major systems.
- Manages systems in support of company and department objectives and other information needs, such as:
- Maintaining systems software and workflows
- Recommending and auditing application security
- Authorizing access and access flows
- Writing standard/custom reports
- Develops using Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications.
- Assists JDE Developers in data quality reviews, providing recommendations as needed, and designing/testing interfaces between systems as needed.
- Maintains confidential information in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assists in training on understanding functions and utilizing ERP and related systems.
Pay Range: $89,000 - $107,000 (based on experience)
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Educated in current technologies in data management or Business Systems administration and major ERP Integration Software systems administration preferred.
- Five years in ERP application support, technical operations, technical product support, and/or operations.
- Preferred experience in WorkDay, Laserfiche, SharePoint Online, or equivalent application certifications.
- Must have a minimum of one-year development education and one year of professional development experience in the following areas:
- C#
- MS Reporting Services (SSRS) report writing.
- Must have developed simple to moderately complex software programs, workflows, or integrations from customer specs to user sign-off.
- Experience conducting workflow analysis, designing business systems, evaluating system changes, and vendor management/package selection.
- Experience in project management.
