Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer

Are you ready to help move us forward? UTA is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator/Developer!

The position entails the following:

• Provides information systems planning and support of Utah Transit Authority’s Enterprise Resource Planning system and systems/interfaces with the ERP system.
• Develops/implements project plans for ERP and related system design changes and major ERP Integration Software to improve quality, usefulness, and efficiency. 
• Performs project management activities associated with design and implementation of these systems and associated technologies.
• Works with peers within I.T. to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and integrity of data and processes within the ERP and other major systems. 
• Manages systems in support of company and department objectives and other information needs, such as:
• Maintaining systems software and workflows
• Recommending and auditing application security
• Authorizing access and access flows
• Writing standard/custom reports
• Develops using Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications.
• Assists JDE Developers in data quality reviews, providing recommendations as needed, and designing/testing interfaces between systems as needed.
• Maintains confidential information in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assists in training on understanding functions and utilizing ERP and related systems.

Pay Range: $89,000 - $107,000 (based on experience)

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Educated in current technologies in data management or Business Systems administration and major ERP Integration Software systems administration preferred.
• Five years in ERP application support, technical operations, technical product support, and/or operations.
• Preferred experience in WorkDay, Laserfiche, SharePoint Online, or equivalent application certifications.
• Must have a minimum of one-year development education and one year of professional development experience in the following areas:
• C#
• MS Reporting Services (SSRS) report writing.
• Must have developed simple to moderately complex software programs, workflows, or integrations from customer specs to user sign-off.
• Experience conducting workflow analysis, designing business systems, evaluating system changes, and vendor management/package selection.
• Experience in project management.
