Kforce has a client that is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager in Sacramento, CA. Summary: We are seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of cutting-edge learning solutions tailored for a global B2B audience of over a million users. What You'll Do:

Define and lead the product roadmap to enhance user engagement and ensure a unified, impactful learning experience for enterprise customers
Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring Product Managers and fostering innovation through brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving
Build, prioritize, and refine product requirements using data insights, market research, and discovery techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, design, engineering, compliance, sales, and finance, to align on and execute strategic initiatives
Develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of a global audience, ensuring product consistency and excellence across multiple markets
Define success metrics and leverage analytics to measure and improve product impact and user satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of related experience, or 8+ years with an Advanced degree
Extensive experience in a 0-1 product environment, creating and launching new products from concept to delivery
Significant experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products, preferably in a B2B context
Proven success in mentoring and leading Product Managers at junior and mid-levels
Strong track record of working with distributed teams across multiple geographies
Expertise in working with cross-functional Agile teams, including Engineers and Product Designers
Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy using competitive analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives
Proven collaboration with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Trello, Pendo, and similar platforms
While this is a remote-friendly role, occasional travel to headquarters or key locations may be required for in-person collaboration and alignment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
