About the Job
Major/Essential Functions
- Coordinate projects and project management within the IT Division.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of IT project management standards at the University, including training.
- Assist the University with the Texas Project Delivery Framework compliance, including training.
- Assist non-IT Division departments with IT project management guidelines, including training.
- Coordinate compliance with Texas Administration Code Title 1, Part 10, Chapter 216 standards for project management.
- Maintain project management templates and project documentation/metrics.
- Adheres to all appropriate institutional policies (including IT Ops) and other relevant internal departmental policies.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and by the CIO.
