About the Job
You Are:
The Enterprise Initiatives Change Management & Communications Lead will work in the Program Management team in the CISO organization. This role will provide change management and communications support for the Enterprise initiatives that impact and maintain information security compliance. This person will provide change management and communications strategy support, develop communications, and manage communication tracking and vehicles such as AFS Portal pages and the Secure.Plus mailbox. This person will also work with change management from other Corporate Function teams to understand big picture, make sure messaging and asks are consistent and coordinated.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner to create the overall change management strategy for initiative(s)
- Create and manage communications and training plan for initiative(s)
- Facilitate bi-monthly communication meetings with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and consolidated messaging.
- Prepare materials and prep leads for key leadership meetings to secure stakeholder engagement and feedback.
- Manage the development, review process, and implementation of communications/presentation materials (audiences included: leadership, internal teams, and external suppliers)
- Manage the development, review, and delivery of training resources (including live training, job aids, FAQ, portal pages, etc.)
- Participate in monthly Change Agent meetings (working with stakeholders to identify key topics and development materials, facilitating review process, prepping speakers for delivery)
- Work with various teams to ensure consistent messaging of new processes.
- Enable teams to operationalize change management activities into their processes (i.e., maintaining job aids, enhancing support communications, updating the portal, etc.)
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizen required.
- 5 years of experience in Change Management experience working primarily in the areas of Communications, Stakeholder Management, and Training design/delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills)
Bonus Points if you have:
- 3 years SharePoint design experience
- Experience with a Change Management Plan to include a Communications Editorial Calendar, Training Strategy and Deployment Plan, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Bachelor's degree in English, Organizational Communication, Marketing, Business Communications, or Journalism
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information system environment.
- Experience in information security environment.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
