The Enterprise Financial Systems Specialist is responsible for conversion activities from legacy financial systems when AFS acquires a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Costpoint Record to Report (RTR) and Sales to Cash (STC) within Deltek and Contract Management (CLM).
- Responsible for configuration in Costpoint based on business requirements in RTR and STC areas.
- Responsible for resolving production issues that arise in RTR and STC areas.
- Responsible for creating incidents with Deltek and tracking incidents to resolution as well as escalating to Deltek account representative, as necessary.
- Responsible for tracking maintenance/upgrade releases from Deltek and documenting impact to AFS in AFS’ tracker.
- Responsible for leading the testing effort for maintenance/upgrade releases in Costpoint.
- Responsible for working with business counterparts to address future enhancements. This includes all phases of the development life cycle.
- Responsible for working with automated testing team utilizing Tosca when refactoring of automated scripts need updating. Also, for creating new test scripts when needed.
- Responsible for Contract Management System and working with Unison vendor as well as business partners for upgrades and any technical issues within the application.
Here's What You Need:
- Must be US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, and/or Finance.
- 4+ years of financial systems configuration for Government Contractors preferably in Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Unanet.

- Understanding of data and its dependencies.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong problem investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Flexibility to learn and support multiple processes and systems.
- Ability to network with other functional areas to ensure that their issues are being addressed and resolved.
- Ability to evaluate risk areas and define necessary process or control changes to mitigate those risks.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
