Your Role:
As an Enterprise Clinical Account Manager reporting to the Head of Clinical Informatics, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Enterprise Corporate Accounts team initiatives across all our global business units. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting pre-sale and post-implementation clinical presentations of our solutions to customers and internal teams.
2. Supporting Directors of Strategic Solutions and National Account Directors in developing and deploying strategic master plans for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
3. Serving as a "clinical trusted advisor" to C-suite executives and clinical leaders, understanding their needs and aligning them with corporate and technical requirements.
4. Articulating the clinical value proposition of our product lines and services to maximize impact in C-suite environments.
5. Driving data analysis pre- and post-technology deployments to meet customer objectives and identify performance improvement targets.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a valid RN License (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in clinical sales, clinical informatics, or nursing
- Healthcare or Medical Device Industry experience
- Proven track record in executive suite sales or consulting
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, financial analysis, business administration, and healthcare industry trends
- Ability to understand high-level system architecture and design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a consultative, results-oriented approach
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $144,000 to $198,000 annually, based on skills, expertise, and experience. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
