As the Enterprise Business Architect, you play a key role in contributing to the enterprise architecture function in terms of translating business and technology strategies into execution plans and acting as a product owner for Enterprise Architecture toolset.
What you will do:
- Steward business and technology roadmap strategy and framework to align business objectives with technology opportunities based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Lead joint efforts with BRMs to execute business and technology planning sessions to develop mid to long-term plans/roadmaps aligned to Enterprise business strategy and objectives to inform technology planning and business applications delivery plans.
- Lead/ support business case development for identified roadmap initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of the Enterprise Business Capability model.
- Lead/ inform evolution or establishment of TIS capabilities and processes required to meet Business Strategy demands.
- Capture and monitor the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
- Interact with internal and external resources to understand technology trends and their application to the business and technology roadmap.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the TIS Technology Governance Dashboard. Coordinate with TIS leaders regarding non-compliance issues.
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Enterprise Architecture tool.
- Gather and prioritize EA tool requirements from stakeholders across TIS.
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture tool product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Work closely with the vendor account management team to understand product features and perform required configuration changes.
- Provide training and support to users of the Enterprise Architecture tool.
Who you are:
- Degree/diploma in Computing Science or similar Engineering fields.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in technology direction or senior architecture roles.
- Excellent analytical problem solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- A broad understanding of the Enterprise applications landscape and emerging technologies to be able to effectively support joint planning activities.
- Understanding of the concept of Enterprise Architecture Tool product ownership as a distinct value-focused discipline that applies at many levels and crosses many initiatives.
- Experience with SAP LeanIX is preferred.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
