The Enterprise Architect will drive system architecture initiatives across the organization, focusing on technical architectures to facilitate transformative endeavors. This role will guide the implementation of enterprise third-party platforms and ensure seamless alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead operational support for enterprise third-party applications, including General Ledger, HRIS, LMS, and others.
- Develop reference architectures and roadmaps to support corporate technology strategies and platform implementations.
- Provide actionable guidance on technology investments, risks, and initiatives to both business and IT stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis, including Total Cost of Ownership evaluations, to aid in technology selection processes.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between project teams, vendors, and IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of architecture/design/delivery experience.
- Proficiency in understanding data flows, APIs, and ETL processes.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, security, and application integration.
- Ability to translate business process flows into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with change management and release management processes.
- Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, strong analytical and architectural skills.
