This position is on-site; We are looking for outgoing, organized and passionate team members who are excited about helping our customers' implement strategies that help them grow their businesses.
We work with all different types of customers from local business owners like roofers, HVAC, painters, plumbers, real estate agents to national marketing agencies and franchises who want to use direct mail and print to grow their businesses.
Position Responsibilities for the Enterprise Account Management Team:
Master Product Expertise: Become a comprehensive expert on DOPE’s suite of products and services, enabling you to identify and deliver tailored, effective solutions that meet the unique needs of enterprise-level clients.
Client Communication & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value/key clients, managing relationships through proactive communication via phone, email, video conferencing, and other channels to drive growth and maximize client success.
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute customized strategies for your portfolio of enterprise clients and agency partners, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and long-term goals.
Expectations Management: Clearly define and communicate timelines, campaign milestones, and anticipated results to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within your portfolio, becoming a strategic advisor who drives client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration & Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, delegating leads, support requests, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless service delivery and swift resolution of issues.
Client Education: Provide guidance and training to clients on leveraging DOPE’s platform, tools, and resources effectively, including navigating the website and managing online orders.
Team Contribution: Contribute actively to the DOPE team by sharing insights, feedback, and best practices to help improve processes and elevate client success.

DOPE Marketing is one of the fastest growing software companies in the Twin Cities. Our company helps home service businesses across the US implement automated traditional marketing strategies with postcards, handwritten notes and gift boxes.
Our in-house built software “DOPE 2.0” allows business owners to send direct mail with no minimum order that delivers anywhere in the country in 4-7 days.
DOPE Marketing’s offerings range from postcards, handwritten notes, gift/goodies boxes, yard signs, door hangers, business cards, folders and other print items that our clients need to grow their businesses.
In this role, you will meet with clients regularly to educate and help them execute on the strategies DOPE has built for their business, based on things like their industry, where their business is located, services they offer and customers they want to get more business from.
Training and Expectations for this role
DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 2 weeks of onboarding and training to get you acclimated with the DOPE 2.0 software, Hubspot and the other internal systems used at DOPE.
Our tech stack includes; Hubspot, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Outgoing personality, excited to get on phone calls and meetings to communicate with clients
Strong computer proficiency; Google Workspace Apps, and HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required in required, but preferred
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize - There is a lot going on in this position and you NEED to be organized
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to set and achieve targeted goals
