About the Job
We are looking for a qualified Enterprise Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. As an AE you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. We are looking for aggressive go-getters who are smart enough to see every "no" as an invitation to finding the next "yes". This job is ideal for someone who thrives in a high pressure environment, enjoys interacting with people and taking on challenges. Ultimately, you should be able to increase sales and build successful long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating to the close.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with our team to develop customized solutions for customers.
- Build long lasting relationships with your customers by partnering with them to understand their needs and offer them the most relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity.

Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience.
- You must be customer obsessed and tech-enabled.
- You have experience closing sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to commute into our Jersey City, NJ office.
- You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, grit, and desire to challenge yourself.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of delivering on aggressive target metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the waste & recycling, construction, trucking, or similar industry is a plus.
