Title: Engineering Technician
Location: San Jose, CA. Onsite.
Duration: 6 months to start. Possible extension.
Schedule: 40hrs per week M-F 9am-5pm PST
Pay Rate: $36 to $46/hr on W2.

This role involves hands-on support for test systems, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-performance standards for our engineering and NPI pilot-line operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Client internal test systems and test cells across all product lines.
- Provide internal support from remote engineers.
- Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of test systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and ensure proper functionality of lab equipment.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in test systems.
- Analyze system logs and performance data to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to support system integration and functionality.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Update and create technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Adhere to and enforce ESD safety practices to protect sensitive equipment.
