Mountain Ltd.  has an opening for an Engineering Support - Remote, supporting Pacific Time Zone.

Overview
The Engineering Assistant position is highly clerical in nature, and requires an organized individual with expert level Excel skills . The right candidate must be comfortable communicating and following up with the construction team for updates.  

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting permits with close attention to detail
• Attaining traffic control plans
• Maintaining complex files and keeping detailed records
• Preparing schedules
• Compiling and checking reports, searching and investigating information contained in file
• Processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations
• Posting records including accounting and continuing property records
• Typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts and assisting engineers as requested
• Upon request, the Engineering Support, using various formats, will gather and coordinate associated statistical data for use in departmental or project specific reports

• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task and strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be analytical, detail oriented, highly organized and conscientious.
• Must have a high level of initiative and follow-up support capability working with limited supervision.
• AutoCAD experience preferred but not required 
• Knowledge of telephony field a plus, but not a must
