PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45-$47 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an Engineering Specialist, you will:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the board level modifications, troubleshooting and testing, repairing of hardware, assembly/disassembly of equipment, and fixturing for tactical radio accessory products and accessories.
- Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred) – if not certified but has knowledge we can get them the certified.
- Proven and effective communications skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
- PWB level modification and build experience (SMT devices, removal, soldering).
- Fixture design and assembly (basic mechanical skills).
- Measurement of key performance parameters using analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, and meters.
- Expertise in evaluation of designs for testability; Working knowledge of the fundamentals of In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional board level testing, unit and system level testing, coverage analysis.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (email, report, documentation etc.).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical technology, or 2-year degree with equivalent experience.
- IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 Certification preferred.
- Cable building and repair experience desired.
- Understanding of software defined radio products and communications.
- Experience with automation systems including electronic testing.
