About the Role:
This position is for Engineering Project Management of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to the Stryker Production and Aftermarket team. The position is part of a dynamic and highly collaborative team that provides engineering support to the Stryker Combat Vehicle fleet and to internal teams that are executing material procurement and vehicle builds.

Position Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, organizing, screening and managing problem report across Stryker production and Aftermarket projects.
- Perform initial screening problem reports (Material, Factory, Obsolescence, etc) for completeness.
- Develop agenda and host the Problem Review Board (PRB) meeting with a cross functional team.
- Elevate significant problem reports to the project team to mitigate impacts to production and ensure continuous deliveries to the customer.
- Ensure approved problem reports are assigned to the design engineering team for resolution in alignment with organizational needs.
- Record information associated with engineering problem reports into various electronic repositories as required (i.e. Team Center).
- Communicate status of problem resolution to internal customers as required and in standing meetings.
- Overall management of problem report and corrective action backlog and throughput in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor submission of contract customer deliverables to assure on time delivery.
Data capture & analysis to support project execution needs of the team. Specific tasks may include:
- Coordinate development and execution of focus team meeting presentations and publication of meeting minutes.
- Utilize organizational databases to gather information to support proposals, project planning and execution.
- Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement projects and associated savings captured from these efforts.
Position Requirements:
- Position requires a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline
- 3-5 years of applicable experience.
- Experience working with and understanding technical drawings.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent excel skills including proficiency with pivot tables.
- Able to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, & presentation.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starting individual capable of working independently in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effectively plan work and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Team Center and Oracle is a plus.
