Engineering Project Coordinator - Tricon Solutions

Job Requirements:

• Ability to take responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work overtime, occasionally weeknights and/or weekends.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in the television and media industry.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Background in Technology, Engineering, or other technical fields.

Essential Duties:

The Engineering Project Coordinator will report to the Manager, Project Engineering, working closely with the engineering teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with project documentation.
• Work with vendors on gathering quotes and getting order updates.
• Responsible for accurate tracking of time sheets and installation tickets.
• Help complete multiple projects and tasks across engineering teams and groups.
• Maintaining an equipment inventory list, including installed equipment, equipment stock in storage, and spare parts/materials inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
