We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our engineering programs. This includes coordinating with procurement on statement of works, quotations, and purchase orders for engineering materials, supporting internal and external audits, and managing the efficiency of all in-house programs. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the engineering program, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified requirements.
2. Coordinate with procurement on statement of works, quotations, and purchase orders for engineering materials to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Support internal and external audits by ensuring engineering efforts are carried out per the process and procedures.
4. Support engineering design reviews and program reviews by coordinating all cross-functional data packages are completed on time to the specified requirements.
5. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
6. Manage the efficiency of all in-house programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of projects.
7. Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
8. Monitor and report on the progress of all program elements, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering program management role.
3. Proven experience in coordinating with procurement on statement of works, quotations, and purchase orders for engineering materials.
4. Demonstrated ability to support internal and external audits.
5. Experience in supporting engineering design reviews and program reviews.
6. Strong knowledge and experience in process improvement.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. PMP certification is a plus.
