Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager position include:

10+ years of engineering or architectural experience.
5+ years of hands-on 3D laser scanning expertise (FARO, Trimble, or Creaform preferred).
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, point cloud processing, and 3D modeling.
Extensive knowledge of exterior stone facades, such as cast stone, GFRC, and precast.
Proven experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
Oversee 3D laser scanning operations, ensuring accurate point cloud processing and technical documentation.
Lead and mentor a remote team of 10+ engineers and drafters, fostering growth and collaboration.
Manage project workflows, timelines, and quality control across field-to-manufacturing processes.
Act as the primary liaison among manufacturing teams, remote staff, and clients, delivering exceptional service.
Drive technical innovations and process improvements to support company growth.
In office highly preferred with opportunity for hybrid or remote work for highly qualified candidates.

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
