Engineering Manager
As the Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the strategic objectives and initiatives for our manufacturing engineering and automation departments. Your role will involve generating innovative ideas for new systems or enhancing existing processes and overseeing the development and optimization of labor-aiding systems to boost safety, quality, and productivity. This position requires collaboration across departments to provide engineering expertise, align corporate vision and strategy with daily operations, and drive high-impact projects to meet corporate goals through effective resource allocation and project management.

Vision Creation: Develop a strategic vision aligned with the company’s goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. Lead your team to build a world-class, transformational manufacturing and automation engineering department.
Innovation Development: Pioneer innovations that revolutionize our manufacturing processes, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Project Leadership: Guide teams to successfully complete projects, ensuring resources are available and appropriately allocated.
Coordination: Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
Documentation and Performance Measurement: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Support Network: Support the entire company network, prioritizing initiatives with the larger organization in mind.
