Engineering Manager - Shape the Future of Product Innovation 

We're seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager who thrives at the intersection of leadership and technical innovation. As a key member of our Executive Team, you'll drive product development initiatives while fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. 

The Role You'll lead our agile engineering team and collaborate with trusted contractors to bring cutting-edge products to market. Based in our West Haven, CT location (hybrid arrangement), you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company where your voice matters. 

What You'll Drive

• Champion new product development from concept to market, leveraging your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills 
•  Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning 
• Harness cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to accelerate product development and improve design processes 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing excellence and superior product quality 
• Lead prototype development and testing initiatives, ensuring robust validation protocols 
• Guide the evolution of our technical infrastructure, including document management and ECO processes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across teams, from manufacturing to customer service 
• Optimize engineering processes while maintaining high quality standards

Your Technical Toolkit

• Strong proficiency in 3D design and detailed technical documentation 
• Experience with modern product development methodologies and tools 
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing principles 
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies in product development 
• Understanding of IP management and protection
