Responsibilities

• Create a technical strategy and capital management plan
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
• Communicate engineering goals and collaborate with other departments
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications

• Experience with FDA and USDA compliance related to Engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 8+ years of management experience
• Experience in a meat facility
• Travel 25% as required
• AutoCAD
