Join our innovative team as an Engineering Manager, where you'll lead the engineering operations in our precast concrete buildings division. With over 70 years of success and a recent multimillion-dollar investment, we're positioned to transform our facility and expand our capabilities. This leadership role is centered in our well-established company, enhancing our team by overseeing project engineers and growing this group.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Engineering Manager Include:

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or a comparable ABET accredited degree.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have expertise in structural analysis and precast concrete design.
Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or eligible for reciprocity to obtain licensure before starting.
Initially involved in design to gauge proficiency, transitioning to a more oversight-focused role as the team expands.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with experience in structural analysis essential for project approvals.
Responsibilities include team leadership, mentoring, and management, ensuring project engineers are effectively guided in their roles.
Will work closely with other departments to coordinate project schedules, quality control, and cost proposals for new work.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Hybrid work flexibility is available after an initial period.
