Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, providing an excellent opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, CNC equipment, foam fabrication, mixer dispensing, and profit and loss.
- Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Use your expertise in CNC equipment and foam fabrication to ensure the highest quality of product output.
- Oversee mixer dispensing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient knowledge of CNC equipment and foam fabrication processes.
- Experience with mixer dispensing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
