Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in machining and manufacturing to join our cutting-edge facility. This individual will oversee the development of manufacturing plans and custom CNC programming for complex components, working closely with our team to maintain the highest precision standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams to develop and optimize manufacturing plans for custom parts and ground support equipment
• Oversee CNC programming using NX/Mastercam software to ensure alignment with stringent specifications
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within our advanced manufacturing environment, implementing forward-thinking solutions for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold our AS-9100 to ISO-9001 certifications, ensuring all operations meet or exceed industry standards
• Support the evolution of our facility as a premier machining provider, enhancing our capabilities and operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field
• 10+ years of experience in a machining facility, specifically within the aerospace industry
• Proficiency in CNC programming with NX/Mastercam
• Knowledge of AS-9100, IATF 16949, and ISO-9001 certifications
