PrideStaff is actively searching for a Engineering manager for a local manufacturing company located in Arvada.
Position Overview:
Oversee the development and execution of electronic working plans, charts, and scale drawings for the manufacturing industry. Support general engineering duties of their team. Qualified candidates will have proven supervisory and technical skills. Must be able to work in an environment with changing priorities and can adapt to change effectively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership and team building
Provide direction and instruction to team members. Maintain an environment where team members can communicate freely and share ideas.
Communication
Facilitate communication between customers and team members to ensure accuracy of the work and to relay information that allows customer expectations to be met or exceeded.
Project management
Structure and manage priorities and set schedules to meet project deadlines.
Research and development
Find creative ways to improve procedures for completing projects while maintaining technical accuracy.

Job Requirements:
- Experience with low voltage
- Experience Microsoft Office
- Experience using AutoCAD software
- Ability to read a wiring schematic
- Supervisory experience
- Electrical engineering a plus
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $38.00 Per Hour
